The Studio Pilates Reformer allows for customized workouts with effortless
resistance adjustments, a 7-position footbar for easy and quick incline
changes, removable shoulder rests, and adjustable detachable risers. Its
silent and smooth-gliding carriage ensures comfort, anatomical support, and a

The height of the Studio Reformer by Alpha Pilates is higher than standard
Pilates beds, making it easier for Pilates instructors to manage. At the same
time, it helps patients and elderly practitioners sit more comfortably, as
