The Spring Board is an elegant and economical Pilates apparatus that exercises the whole body. It is wall mounted and is an ideal solution for a Pilates Studio with limited space.
It consists of a wooden platform fully equipped with springs of different tension levels, placed along the entire length of the platform, a Roll Down Bar and double handles Double Loop Straps. Optionally it is offered with a Push-through Bar for a richer exercise repertoire.
