Reformer model, offering a wide variety of exercise options for a full-body
workout.
The Optima Pilates Reformer provides customized training possibilities,
thanks to its easy resistance adjustments, a quick and user-friendly 7-position
adjustable footbar, removable shoulder rests with two distance settings, and
detachable adjustable risers. Its smooth and silent carriage ensures comfort,
anatomical support, and a full range of motion.
The height of the Optima Reformer by Alpha Pilates is higher than standard
Pilates beds, allowing Pilates instructors to manage it more easily. At the
same time, this design helps patients and elderly practitioners sit more
comfortably, as musculoskeletal conditions may prevent them from bending
down to lower Pilates equipment. The wooden frame is narrower than
traditional models, optimizing studio space efficiency without affecting the
carriage platform width.

state-of-the-art robotic cutting technology for absolute precision. We select

Moving platform-Carriage
The moving platform provides completely silent and smooth movement on 8
specially designed wheels.
Footbar
The footbar features a sturdy and stable 7-position adjustment mechanism,
made of inox stainless steel.
Springbar
TThe springbar is fixed, offering two adjustable resistance positions for easy
spring placement.
Gliding Track – Metal Components
The gliding track is made of high-quality inox mirror-finish stainless steel
beams, ensuring sturdy construction, smooth operation, and high load
capacity. All metal components are made of inox stainless steel, preventing rust and
corrosion.
Shoulder rests
The shoulder pads are designed to contour to the shoulders, providing

They feature a two-position width adjustment to accommodate different user
heights. The base is removable, allowing full removal, and includes posts for keeping
ropes off the floor.
Risers
The wooden risers are detachable and height-adjustable, allowing the rotating
pulleys to provide resistance at varying angles in all directions.
Headrest
The headrest offers three adjustable positions for optimal neck support.
Standing Platform
The standing platform of the Reformer features a non-slip soft-textured tape,

Handles
The double loop straps are made of high-quality cotton-textured material, with
